Each player may hold only one registered account on 766bd. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

Account Security

Single Account Per Household

Where two or more players share the same residential address, IP address, or payment method, 766bd reserves the right to review such accounts for compliance with the one-account-per-player policy. Promotional bonuses and refer-a-friend rewards will not be awarded in circumstances where 766bd determines that a single individual is operating multiple accounts, regardless of the names or addresses used.

All financial transactions on 766bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 766bd does not apply currency conversion fees to players transacting in BDT from Bangladesh.

Deposits

766bd accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for card and bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on the payment method and your account tier.

Deposits are credited to your 766bd account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. 766bd is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account or card that belongs to the registered account holder. 766bd does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within the same business day for mobile banking methods. Card and bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

Anti-Money Laundering

766bd maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. All transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. 766bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder, where required by applicable law.

766bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

766bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.

All bets and wagers placed on 766bd are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Bet Placement

A bet is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation notice from 766bd following successful placement. 766bd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on clearly incorrect odds due to a system or human error, bets placed after the outcome of an event has already been determined, and bets that would result in an obvious or disproportionate advantage to the player as a result of a manifest pricing error.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets submitted during a live market may be subject to a brief acceptance delay while odds are refreshed. 766bd does not guarantee the continued availability of any live market and reserves the right to suspend or close a market at any time without prior notice.

Casino Games

Disputed Outcomes

• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of automated bots, exploits, collusion, or any other technical or human method not permitted under the rules of the relevant game or market.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any 766bd software or game.

766bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory direction requiring account suspension or closure.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your 766bd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. You may also request account closure as part of a self-exclusion arrangement under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 766bd reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the account's real-money balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from the 766bd platform without the express prior written consent of 766bd. Unauthorised use of 766bd's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 766bd shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 766bd's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
